Short version. Everyone in the division has Copilot, and most people are too busy to work out what it's good for. A smaller group wanted to build their own tools and had nowhere to start. I teach the two groups differently: a monthly newsletter for the first, and a Claude Code onboarding plus one-on-one help for the second.
01 · The problem
Two groups, one license
Everyone in the division got Copilot. A license gives people access, but it doesn't give them the hour it takes to work out what to use it for, and most of them don't have that hour.
At the other end, a handful of leaders and analysts were ready to go past chat and build things. Nothing existed to get them started. Whoever figured it out did so alone, and what they learned stayed with them.
Both groups needed teaching. They needed different teaching.
